Our very own member cooking show! Eric Giesbrecht, a Chef from Calgary, turned our Member Delight services around... by serving and cooking for us! Yummy. In this video Chef Eric talks about his 5 year odyssey studying the Integral map, how it relates to cooking, nourishment, and eating, and channeling his appetite and hunger away from his mouth and into his life. He says if there were three components to his idea of Integral Cooking, they would be using food to inspire, to nourish and sustain, and to bring people together. Watch and be nourished.
