Migrate North?
In this comical, tongue-in-cheek clip, Stuart Davis and Ken Wilber discuss why it seems that the farther north you go, the more developed and advanced people seem to be. Maybe it’s too cold up North, so everyone stays in to read. Perhaps those that live in warm climates have the good sense to sit outside and sip cocktails by the water. Whatever the reason, if there even is one, hold this dialogue lightly. They are not advancing theory, they are simply two old friends joking around. On a more serious note, however, Ken and Stuart do discuss how the United States, a country with the widest and most adversarial developmental constituency, came to be.
