Revealing the Subtle Body

Sally Kempton guided the ISC teachers through a practice of transforming sexual energy into light by allowing it to expand beyond the lower chakras into the higher ones. She then asked the teachers to share their experience. All of them reported that their sexual energy changed as it moved up their spine, sometimes it even changed into bliss.
