It's Not What We Do, It's Who We Become

When we discover the path to our subtle body, new expansive territory opens up for us, leading to greater space and freedom in our lives. In this video, Huy Lam, a practitioner of various Martial Arts, demonstrates how performing and watching the beautiful forms of Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Shaolin Kung Fu can illicit various states, and how, in our own lives, when we take up a subtle body practice such as these, we can move more fluidly in our state expression and cultivate the energy and awareness to become who we truly want to be. Then the act of simply doing the practice becomes less important than the art of becoming the practitioner in everything we do.
