When talking about Integral application, what do you consider about the other person’s perspective?

How do you think others feel when you talk about it? What behavioral or energetic cues from the other person guide you? When do you think others feel the most comfortable discussing this?

Integral application, considering the other person´s perspective

Well, first I try to "greenlight" them for who and were they are, trying to put aside prejudices.

Then I try to figure out on which level the person is and understand their value system and worldview

I think others feel a little bit exposed, but with conscious counication it can be managed

The cues are everywhere, from the choice of words to the body language , the gaze

and also by asking questions one can really tell where is the other one standing.

People may feel unconfortable when you confront them with their shadow

but also if a good, patient and compassionate aproach is taken there are ways

to confront without disturbing too much.

best regards

It depends on perception

First  I want to note that to ask the question "How do 'I' think others feel when talking about integral application is not really asking about the other person's perspective, but my own perception, or in the case of the original questions yours.   Depending on how nervous you are in introducing this, and how comfortable you feel with the person you are sharing the information with, will be what first determines how accurately you can determine how the other person feels about the subject.  To determine how comfortable you are in talking about integral application, try talking to someone you are really comfortable talking to normally, and see how the subject reacts within you first.   This way you can gauge your personal feelings first, become acquainted with them and so when you talk to a stranger about the subject you can more clearly distinguish which emotions are more likely to be theirs, or your own.
