Which Big Mind voice do you feel the most resistance to, or have the most difficulty speaking from?
Why do you find this voice particularly challenging? What experience do you have when you try to speak from this voice? When that voice shows up in other people, what is your reaction? What do you want to say as this voice, right now?
Experience: Resistance Reason: Lack of Trust What do I want to say as the voice: It's okay, there's nothing to be afraid of.
....
On a side note, voice dialog is amazing. I had the priviledge/opportunity to meet Bill Harris, his wife and colleagues at a workshop for his students and we were able to do some voice dialog, etc. Big Mind is truly remarkable.
The damaged self and to a lesser degree the victim.
I cannot find much content to occupy in these voices, even though it makes sense to have a damaged self voice and to tell its story as the victim. I see it is quite present out in the world. I don't like victim types, I do not have enough compassion for them. As if it is infectious like a disease.
I feel mistrust of other people that primarily act from this voice or the victim voice, telling their story as a victim, it usually seems self serving, lazy and undeserved.
But, I do feel some movement with these voices, even as I write this.
I dig the Bing Mind process, thank you Genpo! Can I call you Genpo?
