Linda Groves-Bonder

Linda Groves-Bonder, along with husband Saniel Bonder, is a teacher of The White-Hot Way work, and a core transmission-lineage holder as well as a Senior Teacher of Waking Down in Mutuality. She is also a professional jazz and cabaret singer and songwriter.

An early student of Saniel Bonder's Waking Down work, Linda Groves-Bonder awakened into non-dual, embodied realization of Consciousness in August 1996 and quickly joined Saniel and a few other early colleagues as a teacher. She is now his wife and primary partner in their White-Hot Way work, and is a core transmission-lineage holder as well as a Senior Teacher of Waking Down in Mutuality—according to Ken Wilber, "a brilliant teacher in her own right." In her own words, Linda has a "compassionate passion" for individual work with student-clients who are truly dedicated to their own awakening and ongoing integration as divinely human beings. Her Mother-like embrace and "holding" are the stuff of grateful legend in the Waking Down international network. She is also one of just three Senior Teachers responsible for conducting dialogues with recently awakened practitioners to help them confirm the radical non-dual transformations they have gone through. One of Linda's unique contributions to Saniel's and her work and the Waking Down in Mutuality teachings is what she calls "Six-Step Recognition Yoga." This sequence for how to surrender deeply into whatever arises sounds quite simple: (1) See it., (2) Feel it, (3) Live it, (4) Be it, (5)Transcend it (in place), (6) Speak it (at appropriate moments along the way).

In fact, however, Six-Step Recognition Yoga is an extremely direct, profound, tantric process that entails an immense trust in the inherent realness and sacredness of all appearing phenomena—including even the worst of our own personal, egoic "stuff," traumatized wound patterns, and so on. Linda's unique capacity to instruct and "greenlight" people into realized practice of this integrative yoga is matched by her uncommon ability to articulate and initiate aspirants into direct exploration and embodied awakening of and as primordial Awareness, or Consciousness. In addition to The Great Relief Hero's Journey and The Human SUN Experience and other programs available online, Linda and Saniel offer a variety of ways for people to benefit directly from their personal transmission and instruction. These include: Personal Residential Retreats at their northern California home—their own favorite way to work with clients (individuals or couples), in part, according to Linda, because she gets to pamper them…! Customized Personal Apprenticeships. These individualized programs, typically from 3-6 months in length, are tailored with clients to respond to their needs and fit within their budgets. They include in-person or by-phone session work with both Linda and Saniel, participation in Residential Retreats and other retreats or workshops they are currently offering, enrollment in one or more of their online courses or study of certain of Saniel's books, and other possible forms of interaction. Personal Consultations. Linda also continues to work with private clients on a more limited basis and welcomes inquiries for personal consultation from anyone who is interested.

A charter member of ISC, Linda Groves-Bonder is also a founding member of Integral Institute and a member of Genpo Roshi's Big Mind Advisory Board. She has been a professional jazz and cabaret singer and songwriter, recently sang for more than two years with a popular international touring band, and has a CD of her own jazz standards and original compositions, titled I'm Here. She is an ardent lover of living things, both plant and animal, and loves nothing more than feeding the cats, horses, and birds who live with and around Saniel and her at their current home on a horse ranch in Sonoma, California.
