Making Love at Work

In the first clip of the series, Tami discusses her motivation to create Sounds True, a leading example of an Integral business model. She talks about Sounds True's "multiple bottom lines," which include: the quality of the product, the quality of employee experience, and the quality of the company's relationship with the community. Interestingly, Tami doesn't consider profit among those multiple bottom lines. Instead she relates to profit as the "oxygen" the company needs to carry on. And then she reveals the most important bottom line of them all—love. That's right, she believes in creating love at work. This love transforms the relationships amongst the staff, between employees and their projects, and between the company and the world. How can you apply these principles where you work?
