the human factor

i just read about H=h-T/(XL) where L=X/T and h-=XL/T... the article went on to say that H described the electrical output of the human brain.... and further, i think it was h-L/X=O/T where O was the chemical output of the desired system...
i'm not sure of the ordering of the variables but L=one photon or something...
