keep it up and humbly accept that you truly are integral leaders

Dear Robb and Jeff, thank you for a very informative interview. I get a better feeling for where integral life and integral institute are going. Keeping an eye on you from the integral life web page, I can feel that things must be moving underneath but can't really experience them yet.

I was surprised to hear both of you pretty much reject the idea of integral institute being a leader of the integral movement, if there is one. Is it that integralists don't need leadership? or don't accept leaders? On the other hand, we can see in every aspect of life, that the world desperately needs good leaders, hopefully integral leaders. Both of you talk about Obama on those terms. 70% approval ratings, where were all those people before the election? Were they waiting for a leader that resonated in their hearts and minds? Isn't integral institute the integral pioneer? couldn't it hold the space for true leadership? I understand the gut rejection to indoctrination, but wouldn't an integral leader not indoctrinate by definition? the path that integral institute and integral life are setting up is extremely important for the integral community. We all know that we are co-creating a new culture, that we will make mistakes as we pave our path. Integral applications are still to be defined in many areas and the institute is becoming a center of gravity for integral oriented approaches. Even those integralists who don't know Ken, are spotted by the Institute. Why not simply accept that you are truly leading the way? Is it green popping up?

much love
