What I appreciate about integral exposure over the last several years is that I seem generally to feel more ease in my self. I think that the highlighting of many important life fulcra has awoken in me more interest in pursuing finer thought and actions and even pleasures where before there was relative inertia of various sorts. I am thinking that I am still quite dull in carpe diem, but integral material exposure and connection with integral community has participated big-time in my slow waking up. Bowing.

What I appreciate about integral is that it is beginning to teach me that it is alright to accept all parts of myself and others as we are as long as we are not doing harm.

What I appreciate about integral forums is the learning a lot about how life happens in others in a concentrated way. I notice that there are rhythms of resting in the comfort of knowing and of gifted and hard-earned ease, and not resting but working up against and within gnarly fulcra, conundri, and confusion points. Some people are slogging, some are cruising - ok, time to switch; you are now unexpectedly faced with how to meet a very uncomfortable challenge; you are now released as the parts of the puzzle seem to shift and click into place - for the moment, for the era, the epoc, the time being. The rhythm in myself feels a bit aggressive on me at times - ease and resolution, tightness and no apparent exit. I, we, get to experience long phase and short phase rhythms of change and apparent no-change. Some of us appear to be at the same point for long times, some appear to be in more visible flux. The integral forum  gives the opportunity to allow, accept, and appreciate the reality of rhythms - and to say no to them, damn it, - to learn a lot about life with greater speed. By presenting ourselves to others more fully dimensionally, more than our facile personae, we all get to know more about and contain more gracefully the inner ebbs and flows.

What I appreciate about integral life is the people I interact with here.  You guys are great!
