I liked this fielding the question and the challenge to answer. It felt real to me. I would have been interested to hear him speak of many of the particular lines like moral, spiritual, and self lines. Pure curiosity. I like to hear a little hemming and hawing and recognizing that the designations of levels of arrival are moderated by the realities of sub-personalities that can take one all over the map. Humanity humbled. What he said sounds true as far as it is able to go. Appreciating.

Me. As I awoke and have been moving around my apartment this morning, I have been struck by how psychologically self-orienting I am - yes, at this moment and in this context and moment's awareness - and it feels that that is all there is. Self and self's concerns. I could probably think OK about a topic if I were challenged and maybe respond somewhat to an other's needs or situation out of a connecting empathy, emotional stirring, or a neutral situation addressing mode, but, alone in this moment, it seems that it is quite a small and discrete inner world that I inhabit. Ego and surprisingly flat land. Spirit. Spiritual. What's that? And so on. ambo
