I have no clear idea of the reality of any of the following.

remember debt is an entity at one state of operation that is conceptual (powermongers) and at another state materialistic (consumer/american etc).  the debt will be wherever the debt is with china or russia or south america and all around and intertwined (people owe us too).  what the conceptual level of debt does is at a more general level offers leverage for large scale (but more likely subtle and farther reaching) changes in commerce etc to occur.  what i mean is, china may have a ton of our debt, i really dont know for sure do you?  and if they do i am not tooooo worried b/c what it essentially gives them (or any leveraging entity) is a certain type of relationship, a "bargaining" relationship, with the US or whomever they hold that debt with.  if it is someone as large as the US the relationship will never be one of master slave unless all out war was executed to change entire cultural systems of psychological reference.  it just wont happen.  why?  b/c nobody on earth cares enough to control ALL OF IT since hitler.  we all, all of us, know that was dumb, insane etc.  we all want the power sweetie but nobody at THAT lvl of operation wants all of it.  50% maybe.  lol.  Humans are microbes of type vying for the creation of multiple but varied homogenizations on the back of a globally large mother beast with its own immune system.  one of which most are unaware.
