As a student of Lama Surya Das, I would like to mention upcoming retreats

I am a student of Lama Surya Das and since I couldn't attend the December event, I would like to express my appreciation to the Integral Life staff for posting the video here.

Also, I would like to mention that if you have seen the video (or were there) and feel moved to study more with Lama Surya, there are several opportunities to attend retreats with him in the coming year, including one in March in Joshua Tree, California.  (Which I can't go to - phooey!)

Of course, I hardly need to say that I heartily recommend the intensive retreats as a great way to jump-start your spiritual practice.  As a personal note, I would like to say that before I attended my first retreat in 2003 I never was able to keep up a regular practice, but since then I have found myself practicing almost every day (not counting travel and sick days!) - in any case, daily-ish as Lama Surya likes to say.
