Please help!
I bet my friend Charles (the tool guy) could add to this, but let me begin with the basics. If we look at each level of development according to the tools or the prefabricated mindsets that they are using (agreed upon generalities), we could begin to somewhat accurately define the environment according to its situation within a larger environment. Rather than defining something as its own entity, we define it according to the way in which it is situated within the next larger environment. No structure is given exclusivity, but merely the ways and means it has at its own disposal to access something greater. We would have to truly embrace the IMP model so that we could have some flexibility in evaluating even the most trusted and sacred ideas we hold near and dear. We could also witness the threads that run throughout these pseudo structures, creating a means for discourse. We could clearly identify, what it is about our particular development level that we love and that which we cling to. We could also see the ways in which certain ideas (whether moral or ethical) may be lacking or failing to transcend into higher levels...the reasons they were excluded and the ways in which it may be justified. Just a few thoughts, but I think there are plenty more benefits to looking at SD as a process.

The Aloha process
Posted October 26th, 2011 by Shikha SabharwalALOHA
Aloha is the Spirit of Unconditional Loving Kindness.
The A in ALOHA stands for Aha, the Breath...
The L for Liquid Body. Flows
The O in ALOHA stands for O, I remember...
The H is for Heart. Heart Waving
The second A stands for aligning belief.
I have faith in the Power of Love
