Hello: I am a Teacher of Ascension, in the Adviata Vedanta lineage of MSI.  I completed my Teacher Training course in 1996 under the Tutelage of MSI. This 15 year journey of Teaching and practicing Ascension has moved me to purifiy many obscurations. Presently, the work of purifying my Anandamaya Kosha has offered me the joy, wonder and Glory of Bliss Consciousness. The Glory of Bliss Consciousness is the production of the O Soma Drop, or working to integrate the knowledge of The Golden Flower in the Taoist Traditions. In sanskrit this is known as accessing the level of the Kechari Mudra.

And, with the glory of Kechari comes the responsibility of resolving the shadow aspect of any fulcrum development. In the most recent months of my growth and development, the WORK of breaking my addiction to the flux of chemicals produced by Bliss Consciouness has been my daily focus: paradox of Beauty and Wonder and Responsibility to daily living.

To achieve this Stage of Development essentially means that I have done a great deal of work. My journey of resolving obscurations has allowed me the understanding from the inside out of what it takes to gain this foothold. The quick charaterization of my passage through the labryinth of physical, emotional and mental obscurations can be viewed in the movies: The Prince of Tides and Sybil. It has been a long climb up through the illusion of reflections from un-informed practitioners. The Myth of Mental Illness is alive and well. It is my heartfelt goal to dispell these myths. Mental Health is attainable!

If you have experienced times of disorientation or dissociation and you have been perscribed medications for said symptoms there is an alternative path. Attention! Attention! Attention! Mindfulness practices can aid the resolution of obscurations and with the aid and guidance of someone who has journeyed through the labyrinth, it can be less mysterious.
