unique perspectives on...

In Reference to:
The Unique Self

Kens' analogy of 5 fully enlightened people sitting around a table looking at an ashtray or a globe: if these objects were completely symetrical (round, spherical),then if photograghed by the 5,the photos could be indistinguishable. Is this the idea? If  the object viewed were instead ,say,a statue or the fabled Blind Mens' Elephant, then the analogy has different implications. So which would Ken say better illustates the point?

Objects

Either:

  1. Neither. Because the point is Objects not only appear differently to different Subjects but are actually experienced as different in every way to different Subjects, or
  2. The perfect sphere. Because the exception proves the rule.

Both

I think both, in the first example; indistinguishable or not perception is articulated through the individuals 8 zones, references towards the object is seen according to that unique perspective. His point is made more transparent when looking at a statue or fabled Blind Men’s’ Elephant because with that analogy interpretation is solicited. The other may be the fabled “pre-existing” reality.
