About Me
I am a Unity Minister - a Transitional Ministry Specialist - working with Unity Churches that have had challenges related to a change in leadership. I am currently serving at the Unity Church of Omaha, Omaha, NE and am working with the congregation and leadership implementing an Integral Approach to Ministry and a modified form of Holacracy as our organizational practices.
In the 1990's I wrote a book that I self published in 2002 related to the integration of evolution, the teachings of Jesus, the 12 steps and the twelve faculties of mind (a way of conceptualizing one's conscious sense of self used in Unity). The book, Stepping Through the Narrow Gate presents a step by step approach to to gaining the most from a cycle of development that supporting the movement towards higher stages.
In all of my Sunday Lesson's, classes, workshops, etc I try to express Integral ideas and conecpts.
