The choice

I enjoy listening to Diane, and her energy is experienced as calm and peacefull.

My contribution to this inquiry is that we make a distinction between the "garbage" we get and give from and to the people in our life, and to know who they really are and to know who we really are as Spirit itself, or said in other terms as completion itself. 

Give alot of space to the garbage, and stand for the greatness we are as a possibilty.  The possibilty of love always exist when we are choosing coming from it The evidence is your word, your word as a promise..Pain thus becomes a secondary and is recontextualized as a contribution to love. To me that is the existential choice.
