listening
I enjoyed the presentation. Everyone played their perspective very well
What occured for me in my observation is how much the skeptic in us is louder than recreating the possibilities of each perspective. How one quadrant and its view gets in the way of entering into the others communication.
This video brings into existence something tangable , that I only could conceptualize in reading Kens books.
This makes visible the value of really listening people, and entering into their world to get what they are communicating.

the perspectives demo
Posted June 5th, 2009 by Ambo SunoHi Bill and Mark - there are several blogging comments above on this topic of native perspectives and I want to acknowledge them. Since you already have some conversational comment here, I'll add my appreciative voice to the pile here. This demo was a clear intro that registers well in my and apparently our minds that will probably remind us when we are in meetings. As mentioned in the newer blogs above, there is a more busy inner chatter of judgment and coping that often goes on. Hmm. I momentarily wonder to myself, what's next. OK.

The challenge of the Human Being
Posted June 5th, 2009 by Mark EvansI think you're right about connecting/communicating. We have to meet others in their perspective to truly commune.
