Tribal Leadership from an Integral Perspective

Since listening to Dave Logan and Ken Wilber discuss ways in which one's chances for fulfilling their dreams could be improved by better understanding and upgrading their culture in, "The Art of Tribal Leadership", I've been fascinated with the idea and practical prospects of doing just that.  Consequently, I've listened to the 'free audio book' of Tribal Leadership: Leveraging Natural Groups to Build a Thriving Organization and recently published a brief overview in .pdf format entitled, "Tribal Leadership from an Integral Perspective".

Consequently, and after watching David Logan on tribal leadership at TED, I'm planning to moderate the video of Dave's talk for a group that meets weekly, here in Roanoke.
