The elections

 Democracy has been promoted as the ideal. And in general people think this is the best that we can do. But there are two major problems with it. How do you define " The consent of the People" without losing individual primary rights. How do you get the consent of the People, through voting. But that allows the majority to take away individual primary rights. And the other is ,with the freedom that are inalienable(primary, natural), freedom would show up as the ability to say NO, as a basic test. But where every you are born you inherit the government based on land. So both these issues leads democracy to be unable to protect natural primary rights. What we were supposed to have is a republic, but without a system to protect primary rights because of voting for a representative, it turns into a democracy, and democracies turn into socialism, and socialism turns into fascism. Forms of government  

With the internet we can go from representative democracy, to direct democracy, with the right to associate with what ever government an individual chooses or NOT. And States and local government would be land based. Where the federal government would be a republic, and states would have the powers the Fed government has now. And then it could go one step further to just local. So I see a process where we go from our current form to a pluralistic system. And this is not integral! I have come up with what I think an Integral system would look like Here(link at bottom is key). Basically there needs to be a system that balances the Judicial(Republic,individual, empathetical), Legislative( Socialism, We, relational) and Executive( Fascism, It, analytical) forms of government. Otherwise any system that tries to be one either a republic or socialism would turn into fascism, which is what we have now. 

I really enjoyed your response. In that we have given or not awakened , to that it is us who have allowed our shadow around power to manifest in others in power. Like this video Kymatica. Which is in the quadrant is leaning on the leftside, while zeitgeist addendum leans on the rightside. And integral leans on the leftside. My point is that there is information on the rightside LR, that if is not seen and integrated will leave integral community out of touch with current events, and Ken is showing this and followers are lead into the leftside as a direction for reducing suffering, when it has always been technology that changes society and culture and individual development follow, in general. It is important that integral provides community and support, but to promote the idea that the solution is in people developing which is slow and society does not have a support structure for individual development other than if you are financially successful and time free, very few people. While the support systems in the LR fall apart because of elite designs. I see , strangely, one way through this time period , and it comes down to a new technology for gross energy . Promoting self development and cultural development wont cut it. And is kind of a subtle nazi view. "You need to develop our we are going to die". But I thought integral also holds the view that the stages are all important and need to be nurtured and balanced. We need to enter the industrial age II that is POST resource based. Where the primary rights can be intact with the internet and freedom of association.  And it starts with a new powerful energy source. This would allow time to be freed up for people to development naturally. Thinking the leftside can make up for the right is crazy, and thinking the rightside can make up for the left is also. But since the left depends on the physiosphere and biosphere as holons setting the possibilities for the noospheres potential. Create abundance in gross energy and our dependance on the natural biosphere can be reduced over time to just SPACE. And there is alot of space in the universe, not just this planet. With nanotechnology, stem cell research, transmutation, we can create any material, transmute pollution into beneficial forms, and grow any biological entity. Without effecting the natural biosphere. No need for to use natural resources. But without gross energy abundance we will be trying to make up for lack, with our time, to survive, and thats meaningless. Just surviving. And we will collapse into who knows.
