Holosync Mindful Breathing

I've been meditating since 1980, first TM then Insight past 20 years.  Two years ago, when I began using Holosync, I was able to count my breaths for approx 5 minutes without "zoning out".  Now I can focus on my breath during the entire hour that I'm listening to the recordings.

That sounds good that you can focus on your breath for so long. Have you noticed any other positive changes that came along with this?
