Five unique perspectives on President Obama's State of the Union Address.

Thanks for the "Five Unique Perspectives..." article. It is a real eye opener. All this time I thought "Integral" was the answer to everything, but this article has changed my mind.

If Obama is an integral leader we are in deeper 'dodo' than I ever imagined. Briefly, let me offer an opinion on a small part of his actions (including those of his party):

Integrity: (keeping campaign promises):  --  FAIL (miserably)  (includes Bi-partisanship, transparency, spending, etc.)
Fiscal Responsibility:  -- FAIL (miserably)  He has taken the Bush years of fiscal recklessness and irresponsibility to a
                                       new and unique level of fiscal insanity, while thwarting congressional practices and contra-
                                       dicting his promises. All this in an era of unprecedented financial instabillity.

What is equally eye opening to me is that this panel of alleged integral practitioners not only endorse this behavior (with one exception), but for the most part do it with enthusiasm. Am I to conclude that this enlightened group, as some commenters suggest, is uninformed, misinformed, bored, or..... maybe somehow out of touch with reality?

My reality has seemingly been in allignment with yours in the Integral community for years. This article just changed that.

I hear you

 Yes Bruce, That panel except for Robb show a great amount of naivete. When will Integral leaders realize the truth of climate change, economics, geopolitics, etc. It has been very sad to see such potential going down the tubes of not knowing the truth in the LR. And it is starting to catch up with the integral movement. So instead of well informed integral turquios leaders, we have teal informed leaders making many of the mistakes green makes in the LR. I still hope you will contribute and try to bring to light many of the blind spots you see. I hear you and I hope others do too. The future will still need to be integral just might not be with Ken and his group.
