If all possiblities are equally probable, focus your attention on the outcome you really want.

About Me

Self employed supporting individuals with insights for change and transformation using the resonance repatterning system since 1997.  It's a system of self-healing i continually use on myself and confidently share with others.  Have made a career of it developing online programs and coaching service as it seems to fit my Myers Briggs profile of an INFP completely

My university eduation focused on a unique field at the time - Child Studies (Guelph U) where I acquired a mental framework of community and developmental stages.  I find the concepts I learned there served me well beyond my career needs in day care and stints with Boys and Girls Clubs.   I noticed that I use the same developmental approaches to when teaching others how to use technology. .

Easy going, optimistic and enjoy looking at possiblities.  I am a happy contented person, but please don't use material rulers to measure it.

Believe that my life is of my own creation and always looking for the instruction book - I just know it is somewhere.

Enjoy trying out new technology even though I am not a web developer. I like to share what I have learned so be careful of friending me, as I can turn things into a geeklike conversation in no time.

Fascinated by the information age and how its changing absolutely everything.  It gives me hope for humanity.

I don't own a cell phone, an ipad, or other gizmos... I don't need more stuff.  I am not a fashionista - I don't like buying clothes to meet a trend.  Instead I am working on a wardrobe of  'must haves'.  I think fashion could be an intergral topic oto explore. Why buy into what others say is the current look? Why not just develop your own style, colors, looks etc. and create your life long clothing collection. The answer I beleive is completely resides in that levels and states model.

Have no idea what to propose for Christmas dinner since Gourmet magazine stopped publishing in 2009. What a loss!

I have loved the idea of quilting from a young age, but only recently got into it. The tools and techniques today make it impossible to fail and very easy to succeed, ultimately supporting one's creativity/   Give me a new quilt project - 20 fat quarters, yardage for background and a border and I can be mesmorized for hours just thinking about the design possibliiteis. I think i recently cracked a creative barrier and find myself more engaged with my projects as I have always envisioned. Something has definitely shifted for me.    here is a recent project - not quite finished.

Education

Formal bit - B.A.Sc - Child Studie (1976) University of Guelph - this course of study no longer exists (combined with another college) But because of this forum I recognize how special the training was at that time.  In my second year we were blessed with newly recruited teachers also new graduates from UCLA that brought with them the notions of holistic approaches to living and learning.  We of course were applying it to Early Childhood Education.  Little did I know it was pre-work for integral thinking.

Second Career Training - Resonance Repatterning - most all courses.   My Resonance Repatterning studies has ignited my curiosity for alternative healing systems, ideas, theories and possiblities and I read what ever comes into my path that expands on these ideas. Consequently I found myself reading A Theory of Everything.

Career

Currently, I am self-employed helping individuals to transform invisible blocks to reaching their potential using energy work primarily Resonance Repatterning.    My work is done with individuals in person or by phone, as well as in some unique online interactive applications.  Go ahead and try out my free online program to find out what it is about. http://www.LightTravels.org or sign up at http://www.LightTravels.org/Energize.htm

Hobbies and Interests

Repatterning off the edge ideas - I have repatterned the local weather for a social event, my car and my computer with varying degrees of successful outcomes. I do like trying out new technology and stretching out old technology, Ebay, quilting, trying out new recipes, and watching the weather.  My interest in quilting was revived a few years ago as a lot of new tools emerged for this craft not to mention fabrics and colors. Quilts can be rich in symbolism with layers of meaning and intention.  I am constantly on the lookout for what to quilt next and alas... I now have , inventory for no less than 10 or so quilt projects lining my closet.

This summer I listened to the series with Craig Hamilton at Integral awakening and feel blessed to have this information.  Much of what I am hearing is helping me to synthesize a rapidly changing world and making the present moment - THE experience in itself.   I love the articles and media sources at this site and spend a lot of time noodling around here.
