Worked for me
I really struggled with meditation and had the experience of learning challenges. When I heard about holosync I decided to bite the bullet and give it a try. I can say after the completing the first level, I was meditating for a full hour with the cd and a full hour without it. My learning challenges became easier to identify and overcome and my depression, which I didn't know I had, faded away. I was calmer and easier to be around. I went on to take some of his courses and found that very informative and the exercises provided with great introspective tools.
I referred a client who struggled with depression and anger and I see a world of difference in her behavior.
