Holosync
Posted April 24th, 2009 by Liesl de BeerThanks for your comments, Charles. I have also used some of the lower levels of holosync, but cannot be sure as to whether they have really been all that helpful to me. I do enjoy using the Cd's, and they are relaxing to listen to. That said, there are lots of cheaper options out there that achieve similar results for me, so I have not yet decided whether to continue on to the next level. I have found that Holosync is quite relentless with their marketing once you are on their radar screen!
With regards to the one size fits all - I have also wondered about that. I am currently a neurofeedback technician working with a doctor who uses the technology to help fibromyalgia patients. Before we do any training, we assess patient's brainwaves by doing a "brain map" so that we can create a protocol that works for them specifically. Does it make sense that a generic type approach would work equally well for everyone? I would be interested to hear what others have to say on this subject.

What is the difference between Holosync and Hemisync?
Posted April 15th, 2009 by Mary MikeI have been using Hemisync technology for over a decade and would like to know the difference between the two. As far as I know Robert Monroe originally conceptually/ refined/ developed this approach. Are they the same - similar?
