Let’s see...I am formally educated as a mechanical engineer.. but don't hold that against me..  I'm also into all types of learning, playing the guitar, the piano... and physical fitness.  I have been working on all my aspects ever since I read Maslow's works on self actualization... physical.. emotional... intellectual and spiritual.. I yearn for those "peak" experiences that speak to my soul... I have been studying the new science of Complex Adaptive Systems for the past 20 years and this is a passion of mine.. The concept of emergence has integrated with my entire being and especially my faith.. to believe in something higher.. something emergent.. without being able to see it now... I've read lots on physics, systems, psychology, personal growth, leadership, organizational dynamics, mysticism, Kundalini, Tantra, the Tao... and have come full circle to the reality of Christ in my life... What a strange and long trip it has been!

Professionally, I've worked industry for over 30 years in project engineering, plant operations, reliability management, maintenance execution and work management consulting. My forte is to foster intrinsic motivation at all employee levels and I have expertise in areas of systems analysis, personal development, quality, psychology, organizational design, complexity science and cultural change with particular emphasis on the works of Deming, Senge, Maslow, Covey and Stacey.  I was basically intuiting.. all quadrants.. all levels.. since 1996.. just didn't have a good model to explain it until now... Now I am consulting on business improvement from the worker out....

I'm looking forward to learning and sharing as much as I can... for you cannot change the world without first seeing it differently...
