I first became aware of Ken's work in 1985. I've attended a number of I-I seminars. I was one of the Seattle Integral organizers for 3+ years. I've studied and practiced eastern mysticism for more than 20 years including 8 years with Siddha Yoga.  I have a coaching practice in accelerated awakening and clearing unconscious blockages to freedom and fullness. I'm a faculty member of Pacific Integral I teach an 8 month non-dual coaching and facilitation course and I love life.

I use twitter as a way to connect and communicate with people. Sometimes I dig deep. Sometimes the words are just waiting to be typed out. What can be constructed in the space of 140 characters is often surprising. I use twitter as a source to see what interests people, finding links to music, studies, news, etc. Twitter is a structure of interaction that enables me the right amount of time to put words together, to speak from the heart, body, mind, soul, spirit... to people I have and haven't met, with immediate reception.
