integral air traffic control
Posted August 14th, 2009 by Dee Black
In Reference to:
Foreign Policy, Evolutionary Thinking, and the Next Five Yearsexcellent metaphor of controlling airplanes at different altitudes directions speeds equipment
i got a bit confused listening to this conversation when don spoke about the integral level as though it did not .. but should .. what he called "manage people thru the flow : different futures for different folks at different levels of development"
but isn't doing exactly that a key marker of the integral level to begin with ? aren't they not integral if they are not doing that ?

Little old me to tower . . . come in tower
Posted August 19th, 2009 by Brian McConnell-- I think that's really the point of what Don is saying . . . but the dialogs, subsequent instruction, and oversight or 'management' occur across a multitude of levels and trajectories. I find it really exciting to hear how plainly 'leadership' is speaking about the prospect and viability of real transformation.
