excellent point that integral life practice is not just for those recovering from addiction .. but for the health care providers as well .. i love that they practice together .. brilliant and beautiful !

Carnegie Hall

 Thanks, Dee. It seems to really work - in my early days of learning about Integral, I assumed that everyone in the Integral family was a dedicated ILP practitioner. Whoops. Not so much. But my naiveté led my right to the heart of the matter. One of the rallying cries at Integral Recovery is the old joke, "How does one get to Carnegie Hall? Practice! Practice!"
