Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is becoming the greatest predictor of success, outpacing work experience and IQ. The Enneagram system of personality can help develop EQ by illuminating patterns of thinking, feeling and sensing. It names not only patterns, but the motivations underlying the patterns. It also assists you in skill development in areas such as communication, feedback, conflict, leadership, teamwork, and deepening the capacity to calm yourself. In this session, you will hear an introduction to the Enneagram, a description of the 9 personality styles and examples of how we use the Enneagram with individuals and organizations.
About the Presenter: Leslie Hershberger, M.A. is a teacher, writer, facilitator and personal/executive coach and is founder of the The LFH Group which provides classes, coaching and guidance for individuals and organizations which offer assistance in addressing the increasingly complex challenges of today. She is social media coordinator for Enneagram Studies in the Narrative Tradition in Berkeley, California, she is on the board of the Enneagram Association in the Narrative Tradition and she is the Enneagram teacher/coach for Integral Recovery in Teasdale Utah.
