What is most inspiring to me about being an Integral Coach is the radical self-acceptance and empowerment that becomes available for my clients as I work with them. Through this uniquely intimate professional relationship I am able to play a role in midwifing the fullest embodiment of an individual's greatest gifts. When we are awake to and aligned with whom we are truly called to be, we have more of ourselves to draw upon in love and service. Using the power of Integral Coaching to leverage this sustained transformation is profoundly inspiring to me as I witness the immeasurable and inevitable ripple effects in the lives of my clients.
Some significant life experiences, education, or practices that have contributed to my ability as an Integral Coach include the firm foundation that I draw upon as a result of my intense and committed relationship with the Integral Community over the past four years. While working for Integral Institute I had the opportunity to participate in a dynamic community of practitioners, study with many of the foremost integral teachers, as well as attend numerous Integral Institute intensives, seminars, and events. Equally as powerful has been my commitment to feminine spiritual practice and Hatha yoga with Sofia Diaz and the community of practitioners applying her work in a relational context. I feel all of this experience rests upon my lifelong connection to nature, which gives me a deep trust for the process that is unfolding within each one of us.
Integral Life Practices I am currently engaged in are True Meditation as taught by Adyashanti, Hatha yoga as taught by Sofia Diaz, and creativity in the forms of writing, improvisational comedy, and visual art. Also, I can't overstate the impact of my ongoing intention to consciously practice intimacy; with others, life, and the Kosmos.
I live an integral life because it's the thing to do. Life as Integral Practice allows me to make the most of the precious gift of being born into this human body by meeting every moment with fluidity and inclusiveness. I am able to be curious and playful, attend to the truths I find with greater clarity, and to trust this amazing journey through the spectrum of experiences. I am able to be touched more deeply, to give more fully in service, and never stop growing.
People would be surprised to learn that I graduated magna cum laude with a degree in economics.
