Obama mentioned meditation

In Obama's last speech about the economy in Philadelphia he actually mentioned the word (quite casually) meditation. I think he meant it more like contemplation, but still it was kind of shocking to hear. If you can find the clip, a few people behind him appeared a bit surprised.

In regards to Obama's race to the top education incentive, it seems to me that the policy is trying to correct the damage that was done by Mean Green by re-instating Orange goals and outcomes. That would be good as far as establishing some equilibrium between green and orange so then you could let teal start to emerge in a more organic way.
