I like to cook, play guitar, practice aikido, be irreverent.

I have been into Ken's work and almost everyone has has introduced me too since 2000. I am particularly fond of Fred Kofman, Robert Kegan, Genpo Roshi, Daniel Doen Silberberg, and Diane Musho Hamilton. 

I am currently enrolled in the Integral Coaching Canada Coaching course.

I am originally from Glasgow, Scotland, where I grew up and was trained in Graphic Design. I emigrated to Canada in my early twenties, and I do miss the Glens, Lochs, but not the awful food. Some folk there now know what salad dressing is, so I am very happy with their stage development and now see a bright future for mankind. If you can get a Scot to eat a proper salad, miracles are not far off...
