About Me
Born 1955, now living in Hitchin, North Hertfordshire, UK. Married, one son (22) from a previous marriage. Work as a lecturer and researcher in London Metropolitan University in the City of London (working within the Square Mile) teaching organisational behaviour and management to HR professionals. Studying for a Professional Doctorate, my thesis covering the application of the four quadrants to organisational life. Previously have studied and worked in fashion retailing, and as a psychosynthesis counsellor, and in social housing as a housing manager.
