confirmation

This is the info and conformation of a process I started a few years ago. I was aware of my spiritual bypassing, although I had no name for it then. I kind of threw out the baby (spirituality) with the bath water(bypassing) because I did not know what else to do, afraid of my own shadow self falling back into the bypassing. I felt I did not have enough awareness to stay away from it. That put me in an awkward position of having no reference, a distrust against all spirituality, and therefore an emptiness that did not feel right either. This helped me understand this process.
