This grand sentiment flies in the face of the American reality

Your worldview is a wonderful goal but how can you be so detached from the situation in America today. Doesn't the integration require some bridging of where we are to where you want to go? Your expression of the commonality of health as a goal is not a common goal in this country. You are out-of-touch and discredit your lofty aims as blathering. You can't simply ignore our current situation and say where Nirvana is. The journey always starts with a first step but America is not making any step to leave individual greed for collective good.
