The reality of life is more wondrous and fulfilling than dreams and fairy tales.

About Me

Life has spontaniously drawn me to work pretty intensely with subtle energies. I have a mild hereditary distal muscular dystrophy. In meditation my focus has spontaeously shifted on feeling the uncomfortable sensations in my body due to this disease. Meditation and breathing techniques have helped me gradually to perceive these sensations differently. The result has been stopping of the progress of the disease, and maybe even some true healing. This type of meditation have been central in my daily life already for 36 years. Ideas like enlightenment or some sort of awakening have not been in my radar of focus.
