Int Politics: a few questns- plz help

I've heard Ken says this many times: that Green Democrats who run for high office hate modernity. I want him to name names...is he talking about Kucinich, John Kerry? And where is the textual evidence for this?

On interiority and exteriority.This one drives me crazy. KW says that the Left says the cause of human suffering lies in society's failings and the Right says it lies in the failures of individuals to pull up their socks. I think this is a handy analysis, but I don't understand why KW labels this polarity as Interior vs Exterior, that is LHQ vs RHQ. Shouldn't this be labelled as an Upper Quads (Individual) vs Lower Quads (Collective) split?

Also, if Obama is aware of Integral , I wonder if he will make moves to change the two party system to a more parliamentary system (that KW sees as a viable way forward) via the voting reforms the Greens have been pushing for for years- proportionall representation and Instant Runoff Voting, for example.
