"I live to be in balance, harmony and wellness. Sharing of my heart & mind in the good way here on GrandMother Earth." Jimmy La Vallee - Akicita Wakan Mani

I am a human being conscientiously striving to be true in all ways to live in fully functioning in health, wellness - balance and harmony - along with all others here on this planet earth - GrandMother Earth.  Humbly and with humility, I share my experiences in a way where I am conscientiously always willing and able to share challenges, positive changes, and resolution in relating to others here.

I am Indigenous North American and live all Nations of all colors of humanity - This is the Rainbow tribe. I share life as an experiential Transformational Guide and Tracker - much like the guides and trackers of the wilderness of long ago.

I live by the traditional teachings - cultural and contemporary. I see that the Medicine Wheel is really comprised of 4 parts. Four aspects which are differing from the "contemporary" in where or in which we are of 4 parts or aspects:  1. The Physical  2. The Mental  3. The Emotional  4. The Relational (not 4 being spiritual)  because all things are SPIRITUAL.  Relational pertains to Mitakuye Oyasin which is the first quest or prayer where we learn to accept that we are all related and that all things in life are sacred and spiritual and so we must learn to live in harmony and peace, truly. My life is not about perfection.

My website is www.spirit-warrior.ca where I share SOME more of my personal journey - some of experience. The on-going process by which I did my personal change. I share my healing change, as well as my training... a blending of traditional and contemporary ways of faith and relating.

I follow my Lakota ancestors. I honor as well - the Ojibway, Chippewa, Cree and French blood of my tribes. This to me is the Rainbow Tribe.

Why I share here: To personalize my talk of my walk in being genuinely committed to growing - living - intellectually, emotionally, physically and relationally connected.

Pilamaya, Mitakuye Oyasin.
