New Year's Prayers

Dear God,

Please let those who are suffering find peace and a way to overcome their adversities. Please give them the strength to find fulfillment in their lives and to move through their despair to learn from their life experiences.

Please help me find a way to help those in need to the maximum of my ability. Give me the strength to not become discouraged and to continue on this path.

Please support and nurture the integral movement as it provides real possibilities for change in our troubled world. Help us to build a constructive, dynamic and creative community that can effect the change we all feel so hopeful will occur. Watch over our world and help us to not self destruct.

Please stand guard over my little family, the integral community and their loved ones and protect us from pain that is not necessary for our spiritual development or other higher purposes.

Lead each of us to our highest and best paths for the well being of all and please bless us all. Thank you for all of the blessings, lessons and kindnesses you bestow on each of us every day. I bow before you and deeply love you.
