Jerry Sherwood
"If I want to understand something, I must observe, I must not criticize. I must not condemn, I must not pursue it as pleasure or avoid it as non-pleasure. There must merely be the silent observation of a fact. There is no end in view but awareness of everything as it arises." J. Krishnamurti
About Me
"... I am not associated with any particular tradition or lineage. For me Life has been my primary teacher.
I was not always a great student. But, Life is very persistent and very good at knowing precisely what I need and when I need it. It was not always pretty. ......"

Career
I offer my services as a personal transformation coach for Your Great Life.
Contrary to the title "personal transformation coach" my first word of advice is "don't take it too personal". To do so is to make it just one more goal among others and to miss the essence of the process. Personal goals are always about gain - even when appearances would seem to indicate otherwise. Transformation is about release so that the abundance of life can be revealed.
In this vein the coaching programs I offer are based on relationship as spiritual path. I am currently writing a book about this approach called "Discovering Genuine Relationship; Full and Conscious Engagement in Life" I offer condensed briefs of the chapters (as I write them) on my blog by the same name.
Hobbies and Interests
I
to play disc golf.
Up until last year I played an average of 7 or 8 tournaments a year as an amateur, come rain, snow or shine. I played in the Masters division, but I quickly point out that this title points to my age, not my skill level.
If you google and find my scores online you will find full confirmation on that one
