About Me

I completed my undergrad degree in Psychology in 2007 and a Masters in Counselling in 2010 at UQ, St Lucia, Australia. I am working as a Correctional Counsellor with future aspirations of expanding my base of knowledge and experience and eventually opening up an Integrally informed private practice.

I stumbled accross Wilbers' 'A Brief History of Everything' in 2003 and have followed integral / AQAL in various degrees, and forms, of involvement ever since. I find myself living the territory recently more than studying the map, it feels like a natural movement in the last 3 years. Recently re-connecting with my local Integral Meetup Group, meditating once a day, and informing my practice as a correctional counsellor with an Integral framework. I haven't contributed very much in discussions on Integral Life but always touch base on what's happening with media releases and the occasional interesting discussions in community forums.
