Native Perspectives....

It was , is lovely to see the effort and thought gone into producing this series of demo meetings and the teaching being given. I am also mindful that though there may be a habitual gravity or tendenciy toward a particular quadrant, it is soo context dependent. The other observation is that really what is being shown is peoples meta-programs in a given environment. there are around 60 currently acknowledge meta-programs.

As I watch the demo meetings and individuals subjective realities, there are many popping out. For those familiar., the first meeting demo runs many key ones. LL -GLOBAL over specific, Matcher over mismatcher, Reflective over active-  UR- Detail over global, Active over reactive. I could go on.

I appreciate the use of the quadrants here, however, I think, that a much more effective system already is inplace to help people learn there own and others perspective in a given context.

Having said that, is is lovely to see the 4Q demonstrating its applicability.

For a self actualising perspective, working as a coach, I really love AQAL and use it regularly, it becomes very interesting when you see a good balance of UL and UR supporting each other to create individual meaningful performance.
