The concept is helpful, and I hope to see it further developed. I can quickly see which perspective I orient from (I'm upper right and I cut to the chase pretty quick), and then I say So now what? Could there be a next piece about what to do to make meetings suck less? How do I give the other three what they need and still get what I need (O, that sounds like Nonviolent communication applies, but what does Integral have to say about it?).
