About Me

Living in Santa Fe, New Mexico, I work for the local affiliate of Habitat for Humanity, with our ReStore.

I studied at Zen Mountain Monastery, '84-'94, and spent most of the next decade serving the homeless, both at this shelter, and in this movement on the Lower East Side of Manhattan.

As a volunteer my most ardent involvements have been with the oldest interfaith organization in the West, '81-'94, and with The Center for Soviet-American Dialogue.

This year, 2010, is my seventh serving on a local FEMA board (Emergancy Food and Shelter Program) for Santa Fe County.
