 M.A. Education/Human Development, Bachelor of Music/Performance, Diploma of Business, Diploma of Business in Human Resources, Non-degree studies and accreditation as a teacher

Career

 My background is in education, training and leadership. I founded two secondary schools, one in San Francisco and one in suburban Melbourne, Australia. After 14 years in the classroom and co-leading these schools I became a consultant with other schools, and eventually started my own business, NewCreek, to address the challenges we have in our organisations with leadership and innovation. I have a mis-spent youth as a classical and jazz musician, which also informs what I do to a surprising amount. 

Hobbies and Interests

Zen Buddhism, father and husband with three children, weights and walking, tending to fruit trees and writing.
