I feel that it has always been in my nature to embody an integral life practice...I consider myself an individual who regularly thinks integrally; however, I have found that as my life has gotten busier and busier, I have dedicated less time to an integral life practice.  Regardless, I am highly motivated in my integral life practice endeavors and in joining this site, I seek to exchange ideas with other individuals who find themselves on a similar path.
