Very happy with holosync

First off: there are other programs (like the meditation solution) that use cd's with lower carrier frequencys just like holosync. And as I said, way cheaper. Gnaural is totally free.

Second: there's a lot of people who have been meditating for three years who have experienced profound shifts. Do people who use holosync progress more than those who do "normal" meditation? Nobody knows. And you don't know what you'd experienced if you'd just kept with ordinary meditation instead of holosync. I'm glad that you've had great experiences with holosync, but it is hard to tell what "worked" if you sit down 30-60 minutes every day and meditate with holosync. Is it holosync or yourself?

Thirdly: as I've pointed out in other posts, there's no evidence showing that lower carrier frequencies takes you "deeper" or"higher". Bill says it does, but he hasn't been able to back it up. I've also spoken to other people who have been using binaural beats for more than 30 years and they same the same thing, they don't believe it works the way Bill says it does.
